Listen to today’s broadcast:
Today I want to look at a private citizen investigation into the Benghazi incident. There are some interesting things that have come to light through this investigation. Some of them are things that I had heard of quite some time ago. I have not reported on these things before because they were not coming from credible sources.
Those on this committee are people we can have confidence in. Two of these people are former CIA professionals. Clair Lopez, who I know personally and have spoken with, brings a lot of professionalism and a lot of credibility to the table.
The committee also has some retired Admirals out of the US Navy. One of them, Ace Lyons, was the commander of one of the largest military commands that anyone could be given. He commanded the US Pacific fleet, was an officer in the Navy for 36 years, and has high level security clearances.
The things this investigation found are things that I felt would eventually come out. They agree with what I have heard from other sources and it all resonates as truth to me.
They say the the US Government was funding al-Qaeda and supplying them with weapons. The report says they gave al-Qaeda five hundred million dollars worth of weapons to dethrone the Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi.
Remember, at this time al-Qaeda was the number one enemy of the United States. It seems like we switched sides. We are now helping to fund this terrorist organization so they can do some of the dastardly work we don’t want to do. When you do things like this it is likely to bite you. It bit the US in the Benghazi incident.
The report says that the goal of the attack was to kidnap the US Ambassador and to trade him for the ‘blind sheikh’ Omar Abdel-Rahman, who hatched the 1993 WTC bombing plot. As we know things didn’t work out that way and Ambassador Stevens was killed. Not only was he killed, he suffered a humiliating death. He was tortured, sodomized, and his body was dragged behind a car through the streets of Benghazi. This was not only a humiliation of Ambassador Stevens, It was a humiliation of the nation he represented.
Remember what President Obama said after the incident? He said “I am going to get to the bottom of this.” I hate to say this, but our President is all bark an no bite. Nothing has been done to apprehend those who perpetrated this dastardly deed. It is not like we don’t know who is responsible. Our nation was doing an illegal act in conspiring with these people for the overthrow of Gaddafi. This is why President Obama and the State Department under, the leadership of Hillary Clinton, have refused to come forth with the truth.
One of the first things they tried to do in order to hide the truth was to blame it on an obscure video which almost no one would have seen had it not been for this claim. This was going on during an election campaign and the President had proudly proclaimed that al-Qaeda was dead. The last thing Obama needed was an Islamic terrorist attack against our nation by al-Qaeda.
The evidence that is coming out shows that this was not a knee-jerk reaction to a video. The accuracy of the weapons, the intelligence they had, etc. shows this was a well planed attack.
What does this report mean? I think the report tells us the truth. Because this was not an official report it probably won’t have much effect as long as the present administration is in power. This administration is a master at making sure the mud doesn’t stick. I will be surprised if Congress will be able to take this information and run with it.
Things may change with the upcoming elections. If the Republicans are able to succeed in taking over the Senate then we may have a proper investigation in to Benghazi and some of the other scandals of this administration. There is a good chance that they may be able to succeed, but the Republicans seem to be experts at snatching defeat from victory.
The Benghazi incident is a real blight on this administration and this nation. Why did such a thing happen? I think an understanding of Obama’s opinion of Islam and Christianity is necessary to understand his foreign policy and especially what happened in Benghazi. Here is a link to twenty things Obama said about Islam and twenty things he said about Christianity.
Here are just a few of them:
“The future must not belong to those who slander the Prophet of Islam”
“The sweetest sound I know is the Muslim call to prayer”
“Islam has always been part of America”
“As a student of history, I also know civilization’s debt to Islam.”
“I made clear that America is not – and never will be – at war with Islam.”
“This is something that I’m sure I’d have serious debates with my fellow Christians about. I think that the difficult thing about any religion, including Christianity, is that at some level there is a call to evangelize and prostelytize. There’s the belief, certainly in some quarters, that people haven’t embraced Jesus Christ as their personal savior that they’re going to hell.”
“We do not consider ourselves a Christian nation.”
From Obama’s book, The Audacity of Hope: “I am not willing to have the state deny American citizens a civil union that confers equivalent rights on such basic matters as hospital visitation or health insurance coverage simply because the people they love are of the same sex—nor am I willing to accept a reading of the Bible that considers an obscure line in Romans to be more defining of Christianity than the Sermon on the Mount.”
“If all it took was someone proclaiming I believe Jesus Christ and that he died for my sins, and that was all there was to it, people wouldn’t have to keep coming to church, would they.”
“You got into these small towns in Pennsylvania and, like a lot of small towns in the Midwest, the jobs have been gone now for 25 years and nothing’s replaced them. And they fell through the Clinton Administration, and the Bush Administration, and each successive administration has said that somehow these communities are gonna regenerate and they have not. And it’s not surprising then they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren’t like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations.”
From these you can see Obama’s real loyalties. He said that if he had to choose, he would come down on the side of Islam. This explains his foreign policy and his refusal to blame Islam for the death and destruction this religion is inflicting on the world.
It is well past time to wake up!
