Admiral Ace Lyons is one our top officers, he was the Commander in Chief of the U.S. Pacific Fleet, the largest single military command in the world, his initiatives contributed directly to the economic stability and humanitarian understanding in the Pacific and Indian Ocean regions and brought the U.S. Navy Fleet back to China. He also served as Senior U.S. Military Representative to the United Nations.

 “79% of the deaths in the now 11 plus years of war in Afghanistan have happened under your command (President Obama). In four short years…..that in the 8 plus years, under your predecessor, there were 2,724 soldiers wounded in action in Afghanistan.  But in three short years, with you at the helm Mr. President, 14,977 soldiers have come home maimed and forever changed” – Karen Vaughn

Today, I am playing press conference clips of the families of SEAL team VI that was needlessly shot down in Afghanistan.  They are laying out a case of incompetency or perhaps complicity of the current administration and military leaders.  They blame a political agenda that is largely sympathetic to the Muslims and Progressives that is weakening our military.  As a result, SEAL team VI lost their lives and more service men and women are dying under the current leadership.

The revelations from the families and military experts were explosive.  The gravest issue that the press conference zeroed their targets in on was the ROE’s (Rules of Engagement). The current leadership has altered the Rules of Engagement which are resulting in more deaths and injuries to our soldiers.

Karen Vaughn is the mother of Aaron Vaughn who was one of the SEALs killed.  She revealed some of the bizarre rules of engagement and said,

“According to Military records, we are also told that the entire valley that night, before that entrance of that chopper was in a heightened state of alert.  So why were they un-escorted?  That’s a question we have no answers for.  It was standard protocol.  But it didn’t happen!  Why was there no pre-assault fire? We were told as families, ‘because pre-assault fire damages our efforts to win the hearts and minds of our enemy.’   So in other words, the hearts and minds of our enemy are more valuable to this government than my son’s blood!

Karen also went on to say,

“We were recently told by a special forces operator, that under the current ROE’s (Rules of Engagement), ‘If the enemy fires on you then runs back behind a rock, when he pops his head up from behind the rock, you’re not allowed to engage him unless you can verify that he has not laid his gun down.’  This is insanity!  In other words, you must be fired on twice now, or your actions will be questioned by your government when you try to defend yourself or the lives of your team mates.”

Speaking at the news Conference last Thursday were military experts on this issue.  Three Star General Tom McInerney (Retired) said,

“This Nation doesn’t go to war and put handcuffs on our people, and we have put handcuffs on our people.  How many Generals are standing up?  We have a complicity that has been on a slide from when Secretary Gates started firing Generals because they were not doing what he ‘Politically’ wanted…. Which was to come forth with the Rules of Engagement and the different things that have got us trapped in the strategy; and of course that’s why President Obama kept him.”

US Congresswoman Michelle Bachmann, Republican from Minnesota, was at the conference to hear the grievances of the SEAL team families.  Also present was former US Congressman Allen West, who had a glowing career in the US Army and commander of the 2^nd Battalion in the war of Iraq.  He said,

“And the rules of engagement…those of us who have ever been in a fire fight know that within two to three seconds, someone starts to lose their life.  And for us to tell our men and women in combat that they cannot fire upon people who are firing upon them, that is unconscionable.”

In my opinion, there were two big bombshells in the press conference.  One was the Muslim Cleric, who, while praying over the bodies of our fallen heroes stated that Muslims are the winners, the companions of Heaven, and the infidels (Americans) are fodder for Hell’s fire.  The other bombshell came from the lips of Karen Vaughn when she revealed statistics that ought to cause every American’s blood to boil.  She said,

“Our men and women are dying by the droves under our current leaders and for no good reason.  They have become simple pawns in a violent, political game.  But go ahead Mr. President, send us all form letters when our sons pay their last full measure for your country.  Play another round of golf.  Laugh it up on the talk shows…. And completely ignore and conceal the fact that 79% of the deaths in the now eleven plus years of war in Afghanistan have happened under your command.  In four short years.”

“Also, ignore the fact that in the eight plus years, under your predecessor, there were 2,724 soldiers wounded in action in Afghanistan.  But in three short years, with you at the helm Mr. President, 14,977 soldiers have come home maimed and forever changed.”

I am outraged by these numbers.  Where are the Generals who are going to stand up to this?  This is not what we expect of our leaders.  Whose side is President Obama fighting for?  How can these numbers be?

Tom McInerney, Three Star General (Retired) opined,

“This nation deserves more, and I put out the charge to every General and flag officer on duty today.  We didn’t bring you up to live this way.  This isn’t being responsive to civilian leadership if it’s complicit to cover ups.”

“You are violating the Constitution of the United States and we expect more out of you and these families deserve more.  They have given their youth to this nation and the nation deserves more.   Thank you and God bless you.”

Tomorrow, you are going to hear from  Admiral Ace Lyons (retired) who was the commander of the Pacific Fleet, the largest single military command in the world.  He not only condemns the new ROE’s but also lays blame at the feet of President Obama and the influence of the Muslim Brotherhood.  We will cover that soon, perhaps on Thursday.  Here is a sampling of what you are going to hear.

“In fact under this administration, the Muslim Brotherhood had some of its greatest advances.  Muslim Brotherhood has penetrated many of our agencies before the Obama administration. It certainly has been accelerated under this administration.

I am sure that many of those restrictive Rules of Engagement had an input from the Muslim Brotherhood advisers.”

Unfortunately, the press conference was poorly attended, and only one major newspaper, the Washington Times, carried the story.  In this press conference, we heard from some of the parents of America’s slain heroes. Billy and Karen Vaughn, parents of Aaron Vaughn, spoke along with Charles Strange whose son also died on August 5^th, 2011.  In addition, we heard from retired Generals, Admirals, and retired members of SEAL team VI who shared their expert knowledge and gave credibility to the concerns that were shared in the conference at the Press Club in Washington DC.  Former Congressman Alan West and Founder of ACT for America, Bridgette Gabriel, were among the many speakers. Also present at the press conference was Congress woman Michelle Bauchman.

The group is calling on the people of America to urge Congress to hold an investigation into the deaths of thirty soldiers and to ask why the rules of engagement have been changed, increasing the level of risk for our American warriors.

The meeting did not hold back any punches, and within the first minute it was clear that, finally, the kettle was being called black, we have had enough with political correctness and all the spin.

Larry Klayman, the chief Counsel, opened and said, “We have the families of fallen American serviceman victims of our system, victims of our political establishment, who would rather protect radical Islamist rather than our own people.”

Larry also said in his opening remarks, “They were sent into battle with an inadequate helicopter and inadequate pilot, and it tells you how this whole thing was structured: that there was an impending disaster with a target on the back of our servicemen.”

There are many concerning charges that were laid out in the two hour meeting, but perhaps the gravest of all insults was how our fallen warriors’ lives were dishonored when the military had a Muslim cleric pray over their dead bodies and damn their souls to Hell fire.  Klayman introduced a video of the funeral in Kabul and said, “What you are going to see here today is a shocking display of how we honored our troops at the end of this tragedy.  A funeral that was held in Kabul where you couldn’t mention the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ but yet a Muslim cleric gets up and damns these fallen heroes to Hell as infidels.  UNBELIEVABLE – that our military brass would allow this to happen!”

They played an edited video of the ramp ceremony in Kabul, and you can hear the Imam enchant his prayer to Allah in Arabic.

“I shelter in Allah from the devil who has been cast with stones.”

“In the name of Allah the merciful forgiver.”

“The companions of the fire (the sinners and infidels who are fodder for hell fire) are not equal with the companions of heaven.”

“The companions of heaven (Muslims) are the winners.”

“Had we sent this Koran to a mountain, you would have seen the mountain prostrated in fear of Allah.”(Mocking the God of Moses)

“Such examples are what we present to the people; to the people, so that they would think.” (repent and convert to Islam)

“Blessings are to your God (Allah) the God of glory of what they describe.”

“And peace be upon the messengers (prophets) and thanks be to Allah the lord of both universes.” (mankind and Jinn)

Muslims have common practices that they perform during funerals.  Sharia law gives rules for how the body is to be washed and wrapped in a Kafan (Shroud).  Bodies are required to be buried within twenty-four hours of death.  A traditional funeral prayer called the Salatul Janazah is usually offered; however, the prayer this Imam gave over the dead in Bagram was not a funeral prayer I am familiar with.

In this prayer, the message is clear: there are two people, the companions of fire and the companions of Heaven.  The companions of fire are the fodder for the fires of Hell, and they are inferior and not equal to the companions of Heaven.  The companions of Heaven, the Muslims, are the winners and the infidels, the Kafir, are the dead Americans.

You may ask me, “Where is the direct reference to the Americans?”  Well, let’s look at whom Muslims call the Great Satan and the Little Satan?  Israel is the “Little Satan” and America is the “Great Satan.”  Look at the first line of the Imam’s prayer.  “I shelter in Allah from the devil who has been cast with stones.”  While standing in the midst of our warriors, this Imam takes his shelter from America whom he calls the devil.

The government has gone too far.  Political correctness and appeasement has diminished us to the point that our enemies mock us and desecrate our fallen heroes right under our very noses.  Surely we had some linguists present during the ceremony.  Surely someone understood what this Imam was praying while we were honoring the sacrifice and devotion these soldiers gave for our country.

Perhaps someone made a bad judgment call in inviting a Muslim Imam to offer a prayer in Arabic which damned these American soldiers at the ramp ceremony.  Perhaps whoever was responsible was severely disciplined and removed from his post for in-subordination.  Apologies could have been made to the families for the insult and sacrilege he brought.  But nothing like that happened.  Instead, an attempt was made to cover it up and sweep it under the rug.

Karen Vaughn explains how she came to get a copy of the video of the ramp ceremony.  She believes that the military did not want the families to have a copy of the ceremony for some reason, even though it was common practice for families who lost loved ones in combat to be furnished with a copy.  She said, “None of the families to our knowledge were given a copy of that ramp ceremony.  We only became aware of it in February, and we received it in February . . . .  It is absolute, common, standard practice to send the families a copy of the ramp ceremony at Bagram after their child or family member has been killed.  It was not given to the families.  We received it through a series of events that I am not comfortable disclosing, but we became aware of it, and I don’t believe we were supposed to become aware of it.”

The press conference raised more issues and flat out made some candid charges.  For example:

• Obama exploited SEAL team VI for political gain to get re-elected.  In doing so, he put a target on their backs, endangered their lives and the lives of those who fought with them.

• The President and Vice President successfully used SEAL team VI to get re-elected but doing so exposed tactical secrets to our enemies further weakening our abilities and endangering the lives of our servicemen.

• In order to win hearts and minds of the enemy, the military has softened the rules of engagement in the favor of the enemy.  This is putting our soldiers at greater risk.

• Who decided to send the team into a hot zone in a chinook instead of the modern aircraft the SEALs usually used?

• Why was there no suppressing fire laid by other aircraft to secure the landing zone for the SEAL team?

• The Afghani team that accompanied the SEALs were changed at the last minute, we don’t know who these people were.  The security clearance of these men is unknown and we don’t know who ordered the change.

• Where is the black box of the chinook helicopter?

• Why were all the bodies cremated?

• Who leaked the location of SEAL team VI to the Taliban?

• Of the thousands that have died fighting the Taliban in Afghanistan over the last 11 years, why is that 79% of our soldiers have died during the last 4 years under Obama’s leadership?

• Why was there no eye in the sky?

   CAIR is trying to make Islam the new Civil Rights Issue for America

I am reading through this ninety-eight page report this week, and I will give you my analysis and some rebuttals to this report.

On page eleven, CAIR defines Islamaphobia this way: “Islamophobia is close-minded [sic] prejudice against or hatred of Islam and Muslims.”  They also tell us that an Isamaphobe is “an individual who holds a closed-minded view of Islam and promotes prejudice against or hatred of Muslims.”

THE LABEL

I find this label offensive.  In the day of political correctness, it is shocking and hypocritical for the media and the political correctness police to remain silent when one group slaps ugly, nasty, and insulting labels on people who disagree with them.

To call someone an Islamaphobe is to suggest that they have a mental illness or that they are void of logic and are irrational.  The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines Phobia as “an exaggerated, usually inexplicable and illogical fear.”

Page eleven of the report says, “It is not appropriate to label all, or even the majority of those, who question Islam and Muslims as Islamophobes. Equally, it is not Islamophobic to denounce crimes committed by individual Muslims or those claiming Islam as a motivation for their actions.  A critical study of Islam or Muslims is not Islamophobic.”

I and many others have given Islam an open minded, objective investigation.  I have been engaged in a critical study of Islam and Muslims for many years now.  By CAIR’s definition, I should not be viewed as an Islamaphobe; however, Muslims call me and other concerned citizens Islamaphobes, bigots, hatemongers, fear mongers, xenophobes.

ISLAM is one of the derivatives of a common root, S-L-M, for many related words in Arabic such as AS-SALAM and MUSLIM.  The derivatives are formed by applying the root form to different linguistic patterns.

 

The root SLM itself literally means “peace.”  When the first consonant of the root is prefixed with the patternal “i-,”  i.e., iSLM and the last with “a-,” i.e. SlaM, altogether the root reads iSLaM now.  This is the pattern of full action.  Thus, Islam means “putting peace into action” or “practicing peace fully.”  So, in reality the word iSLaM refers to the application of peace not just peace itself.  This is why Islam cannot be without practice.

In truth, Islam means submit.  But Muslims are trying to get us to believe that because the word has the same letters, as the word peace, it means peace.  It’s like saying that birds and planes are the same because they have major elements in common.  They both have wings and fly.  They have common traits but they are not the same.  One is organic and was created by man and has offspring.  The other is man made, and although there are big planes and small planes, they do not reproduce.  (This may shock some of you.) lol

Muslim propagandists are nowadays making extraordinary efforts to change the image of Islam by reintroducing it to the Western society as a religion that calls for peace and rejects violence. One of the new theories that they are trying to sell is that the name of their religion Islam implies the meaning of ‘Peace’, which in Arabic is Salam. The grounds for their theory is that both words are derived from the same root in the Arabic language!

While it may be possible to deceive those who do not speak Arabic or those who do not know much about Islam, propaganda like this does not fool someone who knows the Arabic language and the teaching of Islam, a religion that was established by violence and still believes in violence as a principal and as a way of life.

The relationships between Muslims themselves and between them and all other nations have always been based on terror and still is. Islam and Salam are two incongruous words that share no common ground either in name or in substance.

In order to find the meaning of a certain word in the Arabic dictionary, it is essential to search for the three letter infinitive verb which is called the root. Many words can be derived from the same root, but they don’t necessarily have to have any similarity in their meaning. The word Islam, which means ‘submission’, is derived from the infinitive Salama. So is the word Salam which means ‘peace’ and so is the verb Salima which means ‘to be saved or to escape from danger’. One of the derivations of the infinitive Salama means ‘the stinging of a snake’ or ‘The tanning of the leather’. Hence, if the word Islam has something to do with the word Salam i.e. ‘Peace’, does that also mean that it must be related to the ‘stinging of the snake’ or ‘tanning the leather’?

Muhammad used to send letters to the kings and leaders of the surrounding countries and tribes, inviting them to surrender to his authority and to believe in him as the messenger of Allah. He always ended his letters with the following two words: “Aslim, Taslam!”. Although these two words are derived from the same infinitive Salama which is the root of Salam, i.e. ‘Peace’, neither one of them implies the meaning of ‘peace’. The sentence means ‘surrender and you will be safe’, or in other words, ‘surrender or face death’. So where is the meaning of ‘Peace’ in such a religion that threatens to kill other people if they don’t submit to it?

On the other hand, the Qur’an and other Islamic books like Al-Hadith and Al-Sira, i.e. the life of Muhammad, are full of evidence which proves that had it not been for violence, Islam wouldn’t have existed or wouldn’t have survived until today. A good example to mention would be The Wars Of Al-Riddah, i.e. ‘the wars against the apostates’, that began immediately after the death of Muhammad. Feeling relieved by the disappearance of the strong fearful leader Muhammad, the tribes which have been forced to embrace Islam, revolted and began, one after another, to renegade and to refuse paying the taxes imposed on them by the Prophet’s government. In response to the revolution, the first Caliph, Abu-Bakr, ordered his army to fight the apostates. It took him almost two years of fighting to force the tribes back into the fold of Islam. These wars were not ordered only by the first Caliph, but they were also instructed by Allah and his messenger Muhammad. The Qur’an states clearly that those who go back from Islam are to be punished by death: “But if they turn renegades seize them and slay them wherever ye find them and (in any case) take no friends or helpers from their ranks. Al-Nisaa 4:89.” Muhammad also said, as narrated by Al-Bukhari, “If somebody – a Muslim – discards his religion, kill him.”

The Qur’an not only ordered the killing of those who embraced Islam and afterwards decided to renegade, but also commanded the followers to fight all nations until they either believe in it, pay the Jizya or face death:

“Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the last day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and his apostle nor acknowledge the religion of truth of the people of the Book (the Jews and the Christians) until they pay the Jizya with willing submission and feel themselves subdued. Surat At-Tauba 9:29″

And in the same Sura, verse 5, the Qur’an also states: “Fight and slay the pagans wherever ye find them and seize them, beleaguer them, and lie in wait for them in every stratagem …” Now doesn’t the image of Islam as a religion of peace sound, after all, a little bit hard to believe? …

The study further finds that 33% (1/3rd) have a favorable perception and the other 1/3rd don’t know what to think about Islam….. positive or negative.

This confirms some of my suspicions that the propaganda of Muslim groups like CAIR and the complicity of the liberal media is prevailing in America.

In short, almost 2/3rds of Americans have either a favorable or neutral view.  This is extremely sad and dangerous and we must work hard to over turn this perception.

The study also looks at the data on political party lines and religious lines.  I am not at all surprised  that Democrats and liberals see no problem with Islam, but what does surprise and concern me is that 2 out 10 Evangelical Christians have a favorable view of Islam.

I have always maintained that there is a difference between the Muslim and Islam.  I often say, “Don’t blame Muslims for Islam.  They are the victims of Islam and need to be rescued from it.”  However, we must get the Saints and America educated about the truth of Islam.

Until we get 2/3rds of America on board and educated, the lame stream, oops, main stream media will continue to sing from the song sheets provided by Muslim Brotherhood front groups like CAIR.

People don’t want to be discouraged with the facts.  A pastor recently told me that his people are scared about the Islam issue and since that is what I preach, he doesn’t want me to come and inform his congregation with the truth and facts.  The pastor listens to me on the radio and I think that he believes this needs to be taught, however, because of the fear within his congregation he won’t present this to them.

The Bible says,

II Tim 4:3-4 “For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.”

Note who is to blame here.  It’s the listeners!!!!   Who builds the popular churches?  Is it the talented, smooth communicating preacher?  Really???   Or is it the congregation, the listeners?  The listeners choose who they will listen to.  If they don’t like it, they high tail it off to hear what they want to hear.  Not  every large Church is guilty of having preachers that preach only fables to sooth the itch of the congregation, but many are guilty of doing just that.
